Parking

We offer a variety of parking opportunities for our customers. Three garages owned by Crescent Real Estate and operated by Central Parking Systems provide monthly contract parking, as well as daily and hourly parking.

Garage A
Located on Commerce Street between 6th and 7th

• Monthly parking (allocated by building lease)
• Daily ($12.00) and hourly parking ($1.50/half hour) in Valet

Garage B
Located on Commerce Street between 5th and 6th

• Monthly parking (allocated by building lease)

Metro Garage
Located on 6th Street between Main and Houston

• Monthly parking (allocated by building lease)
• Daily ($6.50) and hourly parking ($1.50) in self park

Hours of Operation
24-hour access is provided for monthly self-park customers in all three garages.

Our Valet and Garage A is open from 5:00 a.m.-12:00 midnight Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m.-1:00 a.m. on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Sunday (as needed for the Petrolum Club).

No "in-out" parking is available in Garage B.

Visitor hours in Metro Garage are from 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday only.
